🚀 New Features

  • Customer Intelligence is now available to all users – Explore user queries and agent responses, with quantitative metrics helping you to understand what’s going on in chats. Standard users are limited to 7 days of data, Premium and Enterprise to 365 days.

🛠 Improvements

  • Analytics and Customer Intelligence pages now have user-friendly screens when there is no available data.
  • Added Language and Country filters to Customer Intelligence feature.
  • Added usage logging to the Customer Intelligence feature.
  • Customer Intelligence keyword search now supports exact matches with double quotations, and fuzzy search for the last word in the input field.
  • Price input has been improved on the Custom Plan page.
