🚀 New Features
- Customer Intelligence is now available to all users – Explore user queries and agent responses, with quantitative metrics helping you to understand what’s going on in chats. Standard users are limited to 7 days of data, Premium and Enterprise to 365 days.
🛠 Improvements
- Analytics and Customer Intelligence pages now have user-friendly screens when there is no available data.
- Added Language and Country filters to Customer Intelligence feature.
- Added usage logging to the Customer Intelligence feature.
- Customer Intelligence keyword search now supports exact matches with double quotations, and fuzzy search for the last word in the input field.
- Price input has been improved on the Custom Plan page.
- We now support in-app notifications for new feature launches.

- Fixed Create Agent page UI issue on small screens with large resolutions.
- Fixed inconsistent date ranges between Analytics and Customer Intelligence pages.
- Fixed issue with search bar on Customer Intelligence page being activated too quickly.
- Fixed pagination issue which was making impossible to access some data on Customer Intelligence.
- Fixed issue Customer Intelligence conversation modal not always scrolling to the right message.
