New Features

  1. Spotlight Avatar - Attract user attention and get more conversations:
    1. It is now possible to set up Spotlight Avatar - different from the agent's primary avatar.
    2. Spotlight Avatar welcomes users when there is no conversation in chat.
    3. Spotlight Avatar replaces the bottom-right corner icon for Live Chat deployment.
    4. Spotlight Avatar can be round or rectangular
    5. In-chat avatar is not affected.
    6. Available on Personalize > Advanced page.

  2. Document Analyst (Beta) - Add full business intelligence to every single document.
    1. Allow end-users to upload any file - pitch deck, cookie policy, contract proposal, resume - and analyze it in the context of the agent's entire knowledge base.
    2. Uploaded files are available only inside the conversation where they were uploaded.
    3. Can be enabled on the new Agentic page for every agent.
    4. When enabled for the agent, the end-user will see the attachment icon in the user prompt field.
    5. Stats about how many times it was used and how many documents were analyzed in the current billing period are available.

  3. CustomCustomGPT.ai for Teams - Secure and granulated large-scale access to advanced AI agents:
    1. Chat-only user role:
      1. Team member role that can chat with agents, but can't modify agents or create new ones.
      2. Users have access to their personal chat history.
    2. Private agent deployment
      1. Deployment code snippets can be made available even for private agents.
      2. Team members can log in to interact with agents.
    3. The feature is available on our Enterprise plans.
