  1. Agent Initiative for Live Chat deployments - Premium users can now enable their Live Chat agents to use their first Starter Questions as an visual and animated prompt for the user - automatically initiating conversation on a click.

Improvements

  5. Translations have been added to previously English-only messaging when the user prompt is missing, and when the user prompt fails OpenAI moderation check.
  6. It is now possible to disable meta knowledge awareness for a particular agent.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed the issue with SharePoint sync token exchange failing when security policy on the customer side requires additional steps, like external MFA.
