Agent Initiative for Live Chat deployments - Premium users can now enable their Live Chat agents to use their first Starter Questions as an visual and animated prompt for the user - automatically initiating conversation on a click.

Live Chat automatically pop up the chat bubble setting can now be set independently for desktop and mobile.
Live Chat avatar now has an on-hover animation.
Opening animation has been improved for Live Chat agents.
Added support for up to 5MB WEBM and GIF animations for Spotlight Avatar.
Translations have been added to previously English-only messaging when the user prompt is missing, and when the user prompt fails OpenAI moderation check.
It is now possible to disable meta knowledge awareness for a particular agent.

Fixed the issue with SharePoint sync token exchange failing when security policy on the customer side requires additional steps, like external MFA.
