Agentic Action: Drive Conversions
1. You can now set a conversion goal for your agent - by providing it a page towards which it should drive users - and it will use advanced task planning and persuasion techniques to deliver.
2. Agent responses are short and human-like, and it is actively leading the conversation by offering follow-up and value.
3. Citations are provided in the form of organic “click here” links.
4. Available on Premium.
5. Works best in combination with Context Awareness, Agent Initiative and Spotlight Avatar.
Agentic Action: Context Awareness
1. Agents can now be made aware of the page they are deployed on, enabling them to better understand and meet user needs. When the feature is activated, the agent will scrape the content of the page and use it to provide higher-quality, contextual responses.
2. Available only for public pages not protected by login.
3. Available on Premium.
4. Works best in combination with Drive Conversions, Agent Initiative and Spotlight Avatar.

If the user is a member of multiple teams, the currently selected team’s name is now visible under the My Profile button on the sidebar.
Building your agent feedback modal will now alert the user if they hit their account or agent limits while building the agent.
Complex Reasoning agent capability has been optimized.
We are now using OpenAI’s o4 model during the Document Analyst query optimization process.

Fixed the vertical alignment issue of the “Send” icon in all chats.
