Agent Roles - When creating a new agent, or editing an existing one, you can now select an Agent role - a hand-picked configuration template most appropriate for the selected use case. This selection doesn’t directly affect AI behavior or capabilities - but some of the settings applied by the template might! Agent roles available initially are:
Customer support - Your agent will be able to resolve 93% of your customer support questions – instantly and accurately.
Research assistant - Let your team ask questions from your custom knowledge base and get instant answers.
Website copilot - Implement AI-driven site search that delivers precise results, enhances user satisfaction, and provides valuable visitor insights.
Revenue agent - Agent will use the advanced persuasion techniques to drive users towards a set goal.

The Spotlight Avatar now has the default, animated option.
“Learn more” links have been added to all agentic actions cards on the Actions page.

Fixed the issue that made saving certain settings impossible for Standard users.
Fixed the issue where Drive Conversions feature’s conversions were not correctly displayed if the target URL ended with a /.
Fixed the issue with vertical spacing on the main sidebar, affecting small desktop screens.
Fixed the issue where the “Go To Sources” button on the agent's building feedback modal was sending the user to the Ask page instead.
Fixed the issue where toggling agentic actions on/off sometimes didn’t have an immediate effect.
