🚀 New Features

  • OpenAI Priority mode is now supported, allowing significant latency reduction and, in some cases, the sub-second first-word-streamed times:
  • Available to all Enterprise customers - no action needed.
  • Available to all customers when using Fastest Responses Agent Capability - no action needed.
  • Available for the following AI models: GPT-4.1, GPT-4o, GPT-4.1-mini, GPT-4o-mini.
  • Currently not available for customers who use Azure as a model provider.
  • New Lead Capture feature - User-Defined Information Collection:
  • Users can now define what type of information agent should try and collect.
  • The agent will intelligently ask only for defined information - no Persona intervention is necessary!
  • Default options are Name, Email, Phone number and Company.
  • Users can define up to 10 custom options.
  • Any combination of options is allowed, including turning off all default ones and using just custom, while max number of selected options at any given time is 8.
  • Only collected information matching selected options will be stored, but the agent may still collect additional information it deems important.
  • All collected information is available when exporting via CSV, Zapier or API.
  • New Lead Capture feature - Collect UTM Tags:
  • Available as a new setting for Lead Capture action.
  • When enabled, the following tags from the browser URL (if available) will be saved together with the collected lead: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid, fbclid, msclkid, ref, referrer, source.
  • Collected UTM tags can be exported via CSV, API or Zapier.
  • Zapier App Updates
  • Conversation Ended event:
  • Zapier will get an event 5 minutes after the last message in the conversation.
  • The event can be sent only once per conversation - if new messages after that exist they will be ignored for purposes of this event.
  • This has no effect on actual conversation - it’s just a Zapier event!
  • Export Conversation action - it is now possible to export conversation in any of the supported formats: PDF, CSV, JSON, XLSX.
  • Enterprise customers can now request an Extended Persona Length.

🛠 Improvements

  • The Delete All Files quality-of-life feature has been added to the File Upload agent source.
  • User prompt moderation AI model has been upgraded to omni-moderation-latest.
  • The WordPress plugin has been tested for the latest major WordPress version 6.8.
  • Added input field sanitization to the WordPress plugin.

🔌 API & MCP

  • It is now possible to use the AI Vision feature when uploading files using the /projects/{projectId}/sources endpoint and is_vision_enabled parameter.

🐞 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed the issue where streaming in UI would sometimes not catch the first couple of words sent by the AI.
  • Fixed the issue with the Analyze Overview tab not loading after visiting it after the Customer Intelligence tab.
  • The Search Generative Experience deployment now has the same login screen as other deployment options, if the agent is private and the private deployment option is enabled.
  • Fixed the issue preventing agents to use Custom MCP Actions with Anthropic models.
  • It is now not possible to create a localized user role without first selecting agents for which the role applies to.
