🚀 New Features

  • New agentic action is now available - Custom Button:
  • The agent can now be instructed to add a customized button to its response.
  • The builder defines the use case - Human hand-off, Book a call or custom-defined one.
  • The builder also defines the trigger condition when the agent should send the button: Every message, I'm sorry message, or When the user asks for a human.
  • Button can contain any URL and will respect the agent's color settings.
  • Display and click stats can be tracked on Customer Intelligence pages.
  • This action is available on Premium plan and there is no cost when using it.

🛠 Improvements

  • When selecting the Lead Generator agent role, it is now possible to immediately define which type of information the agent should collect.
  • The most popular sources and in-chat links have been added to the agent’s weekly & monthly email reports.
  • The Learn more links have been added for Lead Capture UTM tags feature and Risk Metrics on the Analyze page.

🔌 API & MCP

  • Major MCP server update - Granulated Permissions:
  • The builder can now choose which permissions to allow to their CustomGPT MCP server.
  • Available permissions are: Send a message, Read agent’s messages, Delete agent’s messages, Read agent’s settings, Update agent’s settings, Read agent’s documents, Manage agent’s documents and Access agent’s analytics.
  • Any combination of permissions can be made.
  • Major upgrade has been done to tool descriptions and structure - making AI's job when using them much much easier.

🐞 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed the issue where Drive Conversations agentic action was not working with Anthropic models.
  • Fixed the issue where the user avatar was missing on Ask page’s sidebar, if the conversation had an External ID assigned.
  • Fixed errors on the page when a user who is not on a plan visited the Analyze page.
  • Actions row is now hidden on Customer Intelligence modal if there were no actions on the selected query.
  • Fixed the issue where non-standard latin characters were not rendering correctly in PDF exports.
  • Fixed the issue where CSV exports longer than 100 queries were being incorrectly cut short.
