New Features

1. Document Analyst X AI Vision capabilities have been upgraded:

• When an image is uploaded to Doc Analyst, the vision agent will now utilize the user's prompt to better understand the image at hand.
• This highly specific understanding of an image is then sent to Doc Analyst flow - enabling much deeper and precise analysis.
• This unlocks advanced use cases - like better understanding schematics.
• No action is needed - this automatically happens with any image provided to Doc Analyst.

2. Confluence integration upgrade - Attachments support:

• New option when adding/editing Confluence spaces - Sync all attachments.
• If selected, in addition to pages, all attachments (files) found on them will be synced as well.
• If enabled on an existing Space, it will take effect on the next auto-sync.

3. The Conversation Duration feature has been expanded

• Added a new Premium option - "24 hours, then close".
• If set, users will not be able to send new messages to conversations older than 24 hours.
• "Unlimited" and "24-hour memory limit" remain as they were.

Agent UI Upgrade Project

The default font family has been changed to Inter:

• Default for all new agents.
• Default new font app-wide.
• Existing agents remain on Public Sans.
• Any agent can switch between them anytime.

Font styling changes:

• Increased both mobile and desktop font size by 1 to more closely match the Apple guidelines.
• Adjusted line height to improve readability.

Agent header styling has been updated for all deployment types.

Message bubbles:

• Reviewed & updated positioning, margins and spacing of agent's and user's message bubbles.
• Removed 'arrows' point from bubbles to avatars.
• Bubbles now fully respect the roundness setting.

Avatar styling:

• New avatar sizes, positions and breaking points for both user and agent avatar.
• New icon for anonymous users.

Improvements

• The Custom Button agentic action now supports up to three user-defined triggers, which can be freely mixed with default ones.
• Agent’s Persona is now being taken into account when generating the context-rich Starter Questions.
• It is now possible to export collected leads together with the Customer Intelligence data.
• The HTTP mode has been added as an option for the hosted MCP server feature.
• Auto-generated Personas for all agent roles have been updated to support more natural conversation flows, and for increased readability.
• Default Personas for all agent roles have been updated to have more natural call to action for the user.
• Tooltips have been added to the features where they were missing on the Personalize page.
• Renamed “Focus” on Customer Intelligence to “Data View”.
• Renamed the “Leads” filter on Customer Intelligence to “Lead Captured”.
• Updated the “View More” button for File Upload source on agent’s Sources page to match the styling of the same button for other sources.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed the issues with the “Lead Captured” filter on Customer Intelligence when the “No” option was selected.
• Fixed the issue where the Document Analyst agent would sometimes go into infinite followup questions loop without starting the actual workflow.
• Fixed the issue with Anthropic models sometimes not working with Document Analyst action.
• Fixed the issue where formulas were sometimes escaping the agent's message bubble.
• Fixed the error message displayed to the end-user when they attempt to upload images of size larger than allowed.
• Fixed the styling issues around “Try it out” buttons.
