Can be used on Optimal Choice, Highest Relevance and Complex Reasoning capabilities.
Available to users who have access to models dropdown.
Document Analyst upgrade - citations are now supported:
Numbered references and classic citations are now supported with Doc Analyst agentic action.
The agent takes note of sources used throughout the process and integrates them with the final response.
No user action is needed - if citations are enabled on the agent they will be used here as well.
Document Analyst upgrade - multi-file support is now available:
Uploaded files share the token limit - they will be bundled together and the limit will be distributed over files proportionally.
Enterprise customers now have the limit of 3 uploaded files at the same time, and can on request be expanded up to 10.
Premium customers remain at 1 uploaded file at a time limit.
Document Analyst upgrade - customers can now configure the following settings for each agent individually:
Allowed file types.
Max allowed file size.
Max files per prompt.
Allowed file length.
Max allowed image size.

Improved the styling and hover effects of Starter Questions, to make them more attractive and obvious as CTAs.

Fixed the issue with Document Analyst sometimes going into an endless loop of follow-up questions and never starting the analysis.
Fixed the issue with GPT-5.1 sometimes being too rigid in following Persona instructions.
Fixed the font size inconsistencies with the new Compact window for Live Chat and Website Copilot.
Fixed the issue where the “Download Leads” button was visible even if the Lead Capture agentic action is unavailable.
