🚀 New Features

HubSpot - connect your CRM and turn its records into agent knowledge. Pick exactly which objects and data points your agent should know, and change the selection whenever you like. Available from Standard up, with auto-sync on Enterprise keeping the knowledge current as your CRM changes.
Curated MCP connectors - a new tab on the Actions page with popular platforms you can connect in one click. Connecting runs a quick OAuth flow and the connector turns on right away. Available for all agents.
- You can now add an unlimited number of MCP connectors to an agent.
- The number you can have enabled at once, while using Plan & Act mode, is now 3 on Standard, 5 on Premium, and 10 on Enterprise.
Custom subdomains for share links. Replace the random prefix on your agent's hosted share link with a name you choose - my-agent.customgpt-agents.com. Available on all plans; a subdomain you've used stays reserved for your account.

🛠 Improvements

Multi-Agent: choose a primary agent. You can set which child agent opens first - show the agent picker, or open your primary agent automatically. Child agents can now be reordered by drag and drop.
Log in / log out from public agents. Public agents now show login and logout buttons in the toolbar when signing in would help the visitor (chat history is on, or guests have a query limit). The toolbar also gets a refreshed new-conversation icon and collapses extra actions into a menu when there are more than three.
Sync more than one image per page from your sitemap. If your image sitemap lists several images for a page, Website + Images sources can now sync all of them instead of just the first, each read with AI vision. Choose One image or All available in the source settings. Each synced image uses 1 vision credit.
Grouped file versions. When an agent regenerates a file, the Working documents panel now shows one row per file with a version-history panel, instead of a long list of report (1), report (2), and so on. Open any past version or delete versions individually.
Clearer Documents filters. The Sources, Document status, and Content status dropdowns on the Documents page now show a live count next to each option, reflecting your other active filters, and the status wording is clearer.
Streamlined document actions. Selecting documents now shows Delete and Update actions in the table header, with a confirmation before deleting.
Delete custom team roles. Team owners and administrators can now delete a custom role that has no members and no pending invitations.

🔌 API & MCP

Added DELETE /api/v1/teams/roles/{roleId} to delete a custom team role.
The image-sitemap Sources API now accepts a sync_all_images flag (One image / All available).

🐞 Bug Fixes

Fixed the issue where valid Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx) were rejected on upload with a "file contents do not match its extension" error. Password-protected Office files now get a clear message instead.
Fixed the issue where logging out of a public agent could leave you inside the same conversation, still able to send messages as a guest. Logging out now returns you to a fresh conversation.
Fixed the issue where existing Zendesk sources could stop syncing their articles and tickets.
Fixed the issue where exporting a conversation from a share link could fail with an error.
Fixed the Premium upsell on Verify Responses and Document Analyst, which showed a price that left out the current Context Depth and understated the real cost.
Fixed login and logout reliability for private agents embedded on other sites (SSO).
Fixed the issue where a share-link subdomain wasn't always carried through on embedded (iframe) deployments.
Fixed the position of the placeholder icon on inline citations.
