🚀 New Features
- Scheduled Tasks - a prompt can be saved once and left to run on a recurring schedule, with the agent completing the whole task unattended in a single pass - no stopping for feedback.
- A new Schedule page in the agent's sidebar lists every task with its next run, last run, and run count.
- Any conversation can be converted into a scheduled task, using its first message as the saved prompt.
- Schedules run daily, weekly, monthly, or on a custom day-and-time pattern, with precision down to the minute.
- A task can be tried immediately from the Schedule page, which opens the Ask page and sends the prompt.
- Tasks can be paused indefinitely, duplicated, edited, or removed.
- Scheduled runs are marked as such on the Ask page and reported as a new Scheduled Task deployment across the analytics pages.
- Requires Plan & Act. Agents without it are prompted to turn it on. Up to 10 active tasks per agent for now.
- Feature is available on Premium and above.
- Enterprise Agents now cite external sources.
- Results the agent finds through the Web Search action are cited the same way knowledge base sources are, and are clearly marked as coming from outside the knowledge base.
- Both the classic citation and inline citations are supported.
- Dashboards built in a conversation can now be shared.
- A Share control in the dashboard viewer produces a link that opens the dashboard on the agent's own share-link address, so it can be sent to a colleague or a client without downloading or screenshotting anything.
- Signed-in users can restrict a dashboard to team members only.
- Document Analyst now works on Slack deployments.
- Files attached to a message in Slack are read by the agent exactly as they are in the app, on both Enterprise Agents and legacy agents.
- Every limit already set on the agent - file size, file type, file count - applies in Slack too.
- An unsupported file, an oversized file, or a missing permission now returns a clear message in the channel or thread instead of failing silently.
- Existing Slack connections need one action: opening the Connect tab and clicking Click here to allow, which grants the new file permission.
🛠 Improvements
- Multi-Agent routing now knows which actions and tools are enabled on each child agent, and whether a file has been uploaded in the conversation, so it picks the right child with far less guidance from the Multi-Agent's persona.
- Enterprise Agents, Connectors, and External APIs have left beta - the BETA labels have been removed across the app.
- Build > Documents and Analyze > Customer Intelligence now have an Items per page selector, with a choice of 10, 20, 30, 50, or 100 rows.
- The tabs on the Actions page now show how many actions, connectors, and external APIs are switched on, without having to open each tab.
- Support now has a permanent Talk to human row in the sidebar, showing whether an operator is online. It replaces the floating chat button that used to sit on top of page content in the bottom-right corner.
- The AI disclaimer now sits centered at the top of the chat and scrolls away with the conversation, instead of appearing inside the first answer only after a question has been asked.
- The agent selector in the custom role and API key modals is now a searchable list that loads agents as it scrolls, with already-selected agents shown first.
- Horizontal tabs behave the same way across the app, collapsing overflowing tabs into a More menu and supporting keyboard navigation.
- The "Not able to process the entire uploaded content" notice in chat now has an X to dismiss it, and stays hidden for 24 hours.
- The scope and permission settings in the Create and Edit Custom Role modal are now toggles instead of checkboxes.
- "Working documents" in a conversation are now labeled "Generated".
🐞 Bug Fixes
- A Notion connection whose access has been revoked now raises the same disconnected banner, reconnect prompt, and owner email as every other integration, instead of quietly stopping. A temporary Notion outage now retries rather than reporting the connection as broken.
- Fixed the issue where an Enterprise Agents answer opened an empty message bubble the moment planning started, then sat blank until the answer began to stream.
- Fixed the issue where an Enterprise Agents summary invented citations, or returned citation markers pointing at nothing.
- Fixed the issue where a Multi-Agent conversation showed a "New persona is available" notice every time routing moved to a different child agent.
- Fixed the issue where opening an agent share link while signed out rendered a blank page.
- Fixed the issue where the Custom Button stopped being recorded against messages on legacy agents, so its chip no longer appeared in the conversation view or Customer Intelligence.
- Fixed the issue where a Custom Button saved with the use case set to Other, but no custom use case filled in, broke chat for that agent.
- Fixed the issue where profile details could not be changed a second time without reloading the page.
- Fixed the issue where a citation tooltip in an Enterprise Agents answer opened behind the task list and could not be read.
- Fixed the issue where downloading a document whose name contains a slash failed, or downloaded with everything before the slash silently removed.
- Fixed the issue where signing in through an identity provider needed a second click on Authorize, or got stuck until the page was reloaded.
- Fixed the issue where the first character of a sidebar item's name stayed visible after the sidebar was collapsed.
- Fixed the issue where plan prices were clipped on the Billing page on wide screens.
