🚀 New Features

  • CustomGPT.ai for Sponsorships: the "Powered by CustomGPT.ai" bar can now be replaced with a custom sponsor line.
    • Up to 35 characters, with bold, italic and underline.
    • An optional link and a small logo can be added.
    • The sponsor line also appears in conversation PDF exports.
    • Available on Premium and up.
  • Hide Documents from Citations: builders can now hide documents from citations. The agent still uses hidden documents to answer but never cites them.
    • The agent doesn't have access to a hidden document's name, URL or other metadata.
    • Documents can be hidden one at a time or in bulk on Build > Documents, and the Content status filter lists hidden documents.
    • Up to 100 documents can be hidden per agent.
    • Available on Premium and up.
  • Podcast and RSS sources in the app: podcasts and RSS feeds can now be added straight from the Create page.
    • A new Podcasts category with Apple Podcasts, Spotify for Creators, Buzzsprout and 15 more platforms. Accepts any show page or RSS feed link from a supported platform.
    • Any other podcast with an RSS feed can be added through Other Platform.
    • Any RSS feed can be added as a source too.
    • Available on all plans, with scheduled auto-sync on Premium and up.
  • OpenGraph images from websites: the Website + Images source has a new Extract OpenGraph images option. Each page's OpenGraph image is processed with AI vision and saved with its page URL, which the agent can use when instructed in the persona or prompt.
    • One page = one image = one vision credit.
    • Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce and WooCommerce on the Create page now open this flow.
    • A source can switch between no images, OpenGraph images and sitemap images at any time.
    • Available on all plans, with scheduled auto-sync on Premium and up.

🛠 Improvements

  • Files in Scheduled Tasks: one or more files can now be saved with a scheduled task, with the same rules and limits as file uploads in chat.
  • On a Multi-Agent, the new Child Agent Names switch in Personalize > General shows the responding child agent's name above its messages, including in earlier conversations.
  • Public agents now have an End-User Login Button setting in Personalize > Security, with three options: Always, Dynamic (the previous behavior) and Disabled.
  • In the agent chat, screen reader and keyboard accessibility has been improved: menus, buttons and file actions are now named and translated into the agent's language, chat rows and the Sources block can be reached with the keyboard, and reply progress is announced.
  • In Multi-Agents running Enterprise Agents, child agents can now share MCP results with each other instead of repeating the same call.
  • Agents are now better at deciding when to read a source in full, including follow-up questions about one part of a named file.
  • In the Add Source menu, the search box is now focused when the menu opens.

🔌 API & MCP

  • API message objects now include citations_hidden, the documents hidden from citations that an answer drew on, to help debug answers that use Hide Documents from Citations.
  • Fixed the issue where Multi-Agents created through POST /api/v1/projects with is_master=true never became active.
  • Endpoints that look up a conversation now return 404 instead of 500 when the conversation doesn't exist.
  • The OpenAPI spec now passes validation, fixing the is_ocr_enabled enum and the type of the user_id[] filter, so it imports cleanly into tools such as Postman.
  • In the MCP server, the search and fetch tools now wait up to 60 seconds and return a clear timeout error instead of an empty one.

🐞 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed the issue where, with Prevent PDF Download on, citations to web pages and other non-PDF sources lost their links in the deployed agent. Only cited PDFs now lose the link.
  • Fixed the issue where some images processed with AI vision were added without their content. An image that can't be processed now shows as failed.
  • Fixed the issue where a Zendesk source couldn't be added on the first try when the user wasn't already signed in to Zendesk.
  • Fixed the issue where some large Zendesk tickets were skipped during sync.
  • Fixed the issue where Enterprise Agents' code execution step occasionally made up data it hadn't been given.
  • Fixed the issue where Enterprise Agents referred to a TODO.md that didn't exist yet. When asked to show the plan first, the agent now writes the to-do list before starting.
  • Fixed the issue where failed chats showed as blank rows that never loaded in Latest Prompts and Latest Missing Content on the Analyze page.
  • Fixed the issue where the File Manager in agent previews opened on every upload instead of behaving like the deployed agent.
  • Fixed the issue where the to-do list icon was hidden when the to-do list was the only file in a conversation.
  • Fixed the issue where the Conversation Context card on a Multi-Agent's Routing Instructions tab was cut off at the edges.
  • Fixed the issue with missing spacing between sections on Personalize > Advanced.
