Change end-user avatar

This guide explains how to change the end-user avatar.

  1. Select an agent you want to customize, and click the Personalize icon.
  1. Click the Advanced tab.
  1. Enable the User Avatar setting.
  1. Click Change Avatar.
  1. Select or upload the new avatar image.
  1. Click Save Settings to apply the changes.
