Change End-User Avatar

This guide will teach you how to change your user avatar.

Select an agent you want to customize, and click the Agent Appearance icon.

Click on the "Advanced" tab to view additional settings.

Enabled your user avatar.

Click on the "Change User Avatar" button

Select your avatar.

Save the customizations by clicking "Save Settings".
