Export advanced metrics

This step-by-step guide shows you how to export advanced analytics data from the Customer Intelligence dashboard in CustomGPT.

  1. Click the Analyze icon in the left-side menu.
  1. Go to the Customer Intelligence tab.
  1. Click the Export icon in the top-right corner.
  1. Choose your file format: JSON, Excel, or CSV.
  1. Select the fields you want to export. You can include:
  • Query ID
  • Conversation ID
  • Agent ID
  • Prompt
  • Response
  • Date
  • Content Source
  • User Emotion
  • User Intent
  • Language
  • User Feedback
  • User Location
  • Chatbot Deployment
  • Browser
  1. Click Export to start the export process.
