You can utilize our proprietary analytics agent and its advanced quantitative and qualitative metrics to analyze customer and agent behaviour, and enhance your decision-making.

Inspect Conversation:

  1. Click on a user query to explore the full details of the interaction.
  1. When you click on a user query, you can see detailed options such as:
    • Date when conversation started
    • Content Source Found
    • User Emotion
    • User Intent
    • Language
    • User Location
    • Agent Deployment
    • User's Browser
  1. Using the panel on the right, you can easily find all other queries that belong to this conversation:
