Update report frequency
This step-by-step guide explains how to change how often you receive agent analytics reports by email and how to turn them off
- Select the agent and click Analyze.
- Click Reporting tab.
- Under Report frequency, select one of the following:
- Weekly: Reports are sent every Monday.
- Monthly: Reports are sent on the 1st of each month.
- Off: Disables email reports entirely.
- Click Save Settings to apply your changes.
