Enable Document Analyst
This step-by-step guide explains how to turn on the Document Analyst feature for your CustomGPT.ai agent so end users can upload and analyze documents within the chat.
Enable Document Analyst
- Click the three dots (⋮) next to the agent you want to configure and select Actions from the dropdown menu.
- Find Document Analyst and toggle it On.
Once enabled:
- Users can click the attachment icon in the chat input to upload a file and ask questions about it.
- Users can reference a knowledge base document by name in their prompt to ask the agent to read it - for example, "Summarize the Q3 report."
Note:Document Analyst adds additional query cost to usage. On the Premium plan, each use adds 9 additional queries. On the Standard plan, each use adds 14 additional queries. You can learn more here.
