Get analytics on your email
In this guide, we will explain how CustomGPT sends agent analytics to your email, what type of information you’ll receive, and how often reports are delivered.
What you receive
Email reports include a summary of key agent activity and insights:
- Agent usage stats: Overall traffic and engagement levels
- User insights: Behavior patterns and interaction trends including content source, user intent, emotion, language, location, deployment method, and browser
- Feedback: Collected user feedback, if enabled
- Queries and conversations: All user queries, conversations and how the agent responded
These reports help you track agent performance and improve user experience—without needing to log in to the dashboard.
Frequency options
You can choose how often to receive analytics emails:
- Monthly (default): Sent on the 1st of each month
- Weekly: Sent every Monday

Note:
New agents are set to monthly reports by default.
Who receives the reports?
By default, the user who created the agent receives analytics emails. You can add or remove recipients from your agent’s reporting settings.
