Change the citations labels
This guide explains how to customize the citation-related messages your AI Agent displays.
- On your dashboard, click Personalize.
- Click the Citations tab.
- Under Citation Types, enable After response (classic citations) to access the editable label fields:
- Citation header: The heading shown above the citations block.
- Citation label: The label used for each individual citation.
- Click Save Settings to apply your updates.
