Limits for analytics features
This guide explains the data access limits in the Analytics and Customer Intelligence sections based on your subscription level.
Agent Analytics
- Basic & Standard users: Can view and export data from the last 7 days.
- Premium & Enterprise/Custom Plan users: Can view and export data from the last 365 days.
Customer Intelligence
- Basic & Standard users: Can view and export data from the last 7 days.
- Premium & Enterprise/Custom Plan users: Can view and export data from the last 365 days.
- These limits help maintain data security, system performance, and fair access based on your plan level.
