Limits for analytics features

This guide explains the data access limits in the Analytics and Customer Intelligence sections based on your subscription level.

Agent Analytics

  1. Basic & Standard users: Can view and export data from the last 7 days.
  1. Premium & Enterprise/Custom Plan users: Can view and export data from the last 365 days.

Customer Intelligence

  1. Basic & Standard users: Can view and export data from the last 7 days.
