Change user avatar orientation

This guide explains how to change the orientation of the user avatar.

  1. Select an agent you want to customize, and click the Appearance icon.
  1. Click the Advanced tab.
  1. In the User avatar orientation section, select one of the following options:
    • Agent left, user right
    • Agent right, user right
    • Agent right, user left
    • Agent left, user left
  1. Click Save Settings to apply the changes.
