Delete your account

This guide will show you how to permanently delete your CustomGPT account.

  1. On the bottom-left corner of the screen, click your profile icon or initials to access profile options.
  1. Click My Profile from the dropdown menu to open your profile settings.
  1. Scroll down to the Delete Account section.
  1. Click the checkbox I confirm deactivation of my account.
  1. Click Deactivate Account.
  1. Enter your password to verify.
  1. Click Deactivate Account again to complete the deletion.
