With CustomGPT, sharing and implementing your chatbot on your website or helpdesk is a breeze. The "Sharing" tab feature allows you to manage and apply your chatbot according to your preferences easily. Whether you want to share your chatbot with your teams or clients or implement it on your website, CustomGPT makes it easy. With our intuitive platform and user-friendly interface, you can seamlessly integrate your chatbot wherever you need it most.

Share Link

To share your chatbot using a link, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to your CustomGPT dashboard.
  2. Select a project you want to customize, and click the Overflow icon.
  1. Click the Project Settings button.
  1. By default, you will be redirected to the Project tab, click the Sharing tab.
  1. Slide the Enable Share Page to the right to enable the sharing.
  1. Click Save Changes to save the customizations.

Note:

Once the sharing option has been enabled, embedding and live chat will also be enabled.

  1. The Link will be visible in the Copy Link section after you enable the sharing option.

Embed the Chatbot

To put your bot on your website or helpdesk, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to your CustomGPT dashboard.
  2. Select a project you want to customize, and click the Overflow icon.
  1. Click the Project Settings button.
  1. By default, you will be redirected to the Project tab, click the Sharing tab.
  1. Click the Embed button.
  1. Slide the Enable Embed to the right to enable the embed feature.
  1. The HTML script will be visible to embed on your website. You can also adjust the size of the chatbot.

Live Chat Embed

To put your bot on your website livechat or helpdesk, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to your CustomGPT dashboard.
  2. Select a project you want to customize, and click the Overflow icon.
  1. Click the Project Settings button.
  1. By default, you will be redirected to the Project tab, click the Sharing tab.
  1. Click the Live Chat button.
  1. Slide the Enable Live Chat to the right to enable the embed feature.
  1. The HTML script will be visible to embed on your live chat. You can also adjust the size of the chatbot.
