Enable Drive Conversions

This guide shows you how to enable and use the Drive Conversions feature in your CustomGPT agent. This feature lets your agent guide users toward a specific objective, like clicking a link or completing a sign-up form.

  1. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the agent you want to configure and select Actions from the dropdown menu.
  1. Find Drive Conversions in the list of available agentic actions.
  1. Toggle it On to activate the feature.
  1. Enter your Conversion Goal URL.
  1. Click Save settings to set your conversational goal.
  1. You can check your agent’s response by starting a conversation in your chat interface. Type a message or question and press Enter. The agent will respond in a conversational tone and begin guiding the user toward your defined objective (CTA link).

Note:

Drive Conversions adds additional query cost to usage. On the Premium plan, each use adds 1 additional query. On the Standard plan, each use adds 2 additional queries. You can learn more here.
