What is the In-Chat Agent Avatar?

The In-Chat Agent Avatar is the image that appears next to each response your agent sends during a conversation. It gives your AI a visual identity and improves brand recognition or personalization.

What happens when you disable it

When this feature is turned off:

• The agent’s avatar will no longer be shown inside the chat window.
• The chat interface will display responses without any image or icon.
• This can be useful if you want a simpler look or need more space in the chat layout.

How to disable the In-Chat Agent Avatar

1. In the right sidebar of your agent, click Personalize.

2. Click the Advanced tab.

3. Scroll down to the In-chat Agent Avatar section.

4. Toggle off the In-chat Agent Avatar setting.

5. Click Save settings to apply your changes.
