What is an action cost?

Every interaction with a CustomGPT.ai agent - whether a regular chat message or a specialized feature - consumes query credits. Agentic actions perform multiple reasoning steps, and because of that they consume more queries than standard interactions.

Important:

When your agent performs an action, your usage balance will be debited by 1 standard query plus the cost for that particular action.

How pricing works

• Each agentic action has a defined cost, which is applied in addition to the regular 1 query cost.
• Standard chat messages consume 1 query per message; agentic actions consume more due to increased costs caused by multiple reasoning steps.
• If two or more agentic actions were performed in one query, the cost will be 1 standard query plus the cost of each individual action.

Cost for all available actions

• Lead capture cost is 1 additional query every time the agent scans for or records contact information during the conversation.

• Conversion driver cost is 1 additional query per each response.

• Webpage awareness cost is 1 additional query per each response that utilized context awareness.

• Document analyst cost is 9 additional queries per each response that performed document analysis.

• Custom Button has no additional cost. It is completely free to use on all Premium plans, and enabling or triggering buttons does not consume any extra query credits.

Managing your usage

Monitor your credits regularly on the billing & usage page. As soon as agent performs tthe action, those credits are deducted from your balance.
