Send collected leads to HubSpot

Step 1: Set Up Lead Capture in CustomGPT

1. Click on your agent

2. Go to Actions

3. Turn on Lead Capture by clicking the toggle

Step 2: Create Your Zap (Trigger)

1. Click on Trigger

2. Search for CustomGPT and select it

3. Choose your trigger event from the dropdown menu

4. Sign in with your CustomGPT API key, then click Continue

5. You can get your API key from Deploy > API inside your CustomGPT dashboard.

6. Select your agent name from the dropdown, then click Continue

7. Click Test trigger to make sure everything works

8. Click Continue with selected record

Step 3: Connect to HubSpot (Action)

1. Search for HubSpot and select it

2. From the Action event dropdown, select Create or Update Contact

3. Sign in to your HubSpot account

4. Choose your HubSpot account and click Connect app

5. Click Continue

6. Fill in the required fields (like email, name, etc.), then click Continue

7. Click Test step to make sure it works

8. Click Publish
