What Title Avatar does?

The Title Avatar controls whether your agent’s avatar is displayed in the chat bubble when no conversation is active.

• When enabled (default), the avatar is always visible next to the title, making the chat feel more personal and approachable.

• When disabled, the avatar is hidden, but the title remains visible. This creates a simpler, cleaner look while still keeping the agent name clear. If the Spotlight avatar is enabled, it won’t appear in the chat UI but will still function for live chat deployment.

How to enable or disable Title Avatar

1. On your CustomGPT dashboard, click Personalize.

2. Go to the Advanced tab.

3. Scroll down to Title Avatar and toggle the setting to enable or disable it.

4. Click Save settings to apply your changes.
