Activate add-ons for your plan

This step-by-step guide explains how to activate add-ons for your subscription plan to extend the capabilities of CustomGPT.ai.

What are add-ons?

Add-ons let you extend your plan with additional features, usage, or capabilities on demand. You can activate one or more add-ons at the same time, giving you flexibility to scale based on your needs.

Add-ons are available only on self-service Standard and Premium plans. They are not available on Enterprise plans.


Available add-ons

The following add-ons can currently be activated from the billing page:

  • Add extra monthly queries – Get an additional 2,500 queries each month.
  • Increase words storage limit – Expand your account storage by 300 million words.
  • Add extra documents processed – Process up to 100,000 additional documents each month.
  • Add more agents – Create 25 additional agents.
  • Add extra team seats – Invite 5 additional team members.

The available add-ons may expand over time. Always check your billing page for the latest options.


How billing works

  • When you activate an add-on, you pay a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
  • The first charge is applied immediately.
  • Future charges are merged with your main subscription renewal.
  • To cancel an add-on, you need to contact customer support.

How to activate add-ons

  1. Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner and select Billing.
  1. On the billing page, scroll to the Add-ons section and choose the add-on(s) you want to activate. You can select multiple add-ons at the same time (up to 10). Confirm your selection and you will be charged immediately for the prorated amount.
