This guide explains how to use the add extra team seats add-on to increase the number of collaborators you can invite to your CustomGPT.ai workspace.
What is the team seats add-on?
The add extra team seats add-on expands the number of team members who can join your workspace. This is useful for growing teams that need to onboard more colleagues without upgrading to Enterprise.
Note:Add-ons are available only on self-service Standard and Premium plans. They are not available on Enterprise plans.
What you get
- 5 additional team member seats.
- Seats are added to the total included in your base plan.
Pricing
- $100 per month
- $90 per month (paid annually)
Your first charge is prorated for the remainder of your current billing cycle, and future charges are combined with your main subscription renewal.

How to activate extra seats
- Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner and select Billing.

- On the billing page, scroll to the Add-ons section.

- Under Seats, click Buy.

- Confirm your selection.

Notes:You will be charged immediately for the prorated amount.
