Connect to Zendesk Help Center
Learn how to seamlessly integrate CustomGPT.ai with your Zendesk Help Center. Follow this step-by-step guide to connect your accounts and enhance your customer support capabilities.
Please note that CustomGPT.ai can only access your Zendesk help articles.
Step 1: Create an Agent
Click on "New Agent" to begin setting up your agent.

Step 2: Zendesk Integration
Select "Zendesk Integration" to link your Zendesk Integration with CustomGPT.ai.

Step 3: Provide Email Address
Enter the email address associated with your Zendesk account. This must be the email address belonging to the Zendesk user with the Administrator role.

Step 4: Provide Subdomain
Now you need to enter your Zendesk subdomain.

Step 5: Go to Zendesk Settings
Click on the "Go to Zendesk Settings" button.

Step 6: Enable Token Access
At the Zendesk Settings page, click on the toggle to enable Token access.

Step 7: Create & Copy Token
On Zendesk, click on the "Add API Token" button.

When the dialogue opens, click on "Copy" and then on "Save."

Step 8: Enter Your Token
Paste your token in the designated field.

Step 9: Connect with Zendesk Help Center
Click on the "Connect" button to complete the integration.
