Vimeo URL formats and sync limits
Supported URL formats
CustomGPT accepts the following Vimeo URL types as data sources.

All six formats start automatic video discovery across all pages.
What gets stored
CustomGPT saves the title, description, and tags for every video. If a video has a transcript, the full spoken content is also saved. No audio or video files are stored.
Auto-sync plan requirements
Auto-sync requires Premium or Enterprise.
Known limitations
- Private or password-protected videos cannot be accessed and will not be added.
- No video count limit. Initial sync for large channels or collections may take significant time to complete.
Access methods
Vimeo can be added as a data source via the dashboard (Vimeo card in the Media section of Sources), API, or MCP.
